Impocor Group LLC is led by Dr. Yucel Yilmaz, who holds a Ph.D. in Health Sciences and an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Risk Management. With a multidisciplinary background in engineering and leadership, he brings a mission-driven and results-oriented approach to government and commercial projects.
